Clubhouse Rentals

Clubhouse #1 (4862 Larwin Ave.) and Clubhouse #2 (4647 Larwin Avenue) are available for rental to CHOA residents.

Fee: $25 to rent the clubhouse; $100 deposit is required for all reservations.

Two separate checks must be submitted – cash is not accepted.

The deposit will be returned after a successful clubhouse inspection.


Each clubhouse can hold a maximum of 51 people or 32 people depending on if tables and chairs are set up.

In total, 32 chairs and 6 tables (four 60" circle and two 70" rectangle) are available for your event.

Amenities in the kitchenette include a double sink, serving counter, stove and oven, as well as a small refrigerator.


The clubhouse must be cleaned and vacated by the end of operating hours on your reservation date.

Sun-Thu: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Fri & Sat: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM


Be sure to read the Clubhouse Rental Agreement before you send a reservation request to the Clubhouse Manager – ensure your event will comply.

You can view the agreement by clicking here. If your request is confirmed, you must bring a signed copy when you pick up the clubhouse key.
